Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS).
  • Willingness to learn skills beyond administrative duties.
  • May require purchasing and expensing of purchased items.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with basic knowledge of all departments & positions and stay up to date with employees on PTO.
  • Correspond and update office employees regarding important and upcoming events, notifications, meetings etc.
  • Oversee and coordinate office events and meetings as requested.
  • Maintain, organize, and purchase supplies and materials for the office and remote employees.
  • Responsible for working with building management to report issues and coordinate service/repairs both interior & exterior of the building, office arrangement & decoration, all office keys and cleanliness of office spaces.
  • Organize company events by setting up food and activities at internal & external venues for employees and visitors.
  • Seek projects and ways to be an asset and support other departments.
  • Provide transportation to complete routine office errands as needed.
