Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone.
Skilled in verbal and written communication.
Strong organization skills
Microsoft software experience required.
Must have ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

Direct and control the flow of clients or visitors to their destinations, maintain sign-in sheet and distribute identification badges to visitors.
Maintain knowledge of the company products or services and staff and answer simple questions about company policies, procedures and operations or refer more complicated questions to other company personnel.
Use public address system to page employees when needed.
Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate area or personnel.
Perform clerical duties.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
Assist professional staff in other capacities as needed.
creates expense reports as needed for executives
reviews and approves expense reports for AP to process
Other Duties as assigned
