Requirements

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Hands on experience with office equipment (computers, copiers)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, and answering or referring their inquiries
  • Data entry for expense reimbursements
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail; receive package deliveries and distribute
  • Order office/breakroom supplies and maintain copy room area
  • Maintain employee mailboxes, vending machine, conference room calendars
  • Building maintenance – coordinate requests for repairs and routine maintenance
  • Assist leadership with booking accommodations, travel, and submitting expense reports.
  • Compile presentation materials as needed. This includes the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Order catering for on-site meetings.
  • Printing marketing materials for distribution to Sales Team.
  • Any other duties as assigned
