About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in service industry environment a plus
  • Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Receiving loss information & dispatching crews to jobs
  • Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Customer POC
