About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused individual to serve as our primary Front Desk Receptionist. This role is the first point of contact for walk-in members and plays a key role in delivering excellent member service while providing essential administrative support to the Member Services division.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable front desk, reception, or customer-facing administrative experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer systems (email, Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Background check required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in members in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide basic information, answer routine member questions, and address initial concerns
  • Log and distribute incoming mail accurately and promptly
  • Receive, record, and process incoming checks following established procedures
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks for the Member Services team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
