WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our branch. You will have the first opportunity to give our customers an excellent experience and ensure their needs are met which makes you so crucial to our team’s success. When you are not assisting customers, you will also perform various administrative duties to support the branch and managers. You will also be an active Safety Committee participant! To thrive in this role, you must have a winning attitude, a customer service mindset, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • AP/AR experience
  • bilingual Spanish/ English
