Requirements

  • Education or experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, polished demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and internal teams
  • Organizational and technical proficiency, including attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional front-desk and client experience by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, handling mail and deliveries, and ensuring a professional first impression consistent with company standards
  • Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, office supply management, and meeting space setup
  • Support internal teams and office operations by assisting staff with day-to-day administrative and operational needs to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace
