This position provides customer service to prospective and current students and guests, responding to inquiries via multiple channels. Responsibilities include scheduling campus visits and advising appointments, participating in campus visits and recruiting events by leading tours and conducting meetings, and preparing correspondence related to admissions. The role also involves processing department mail, entering prospective student data into the Student Information System, preparing reports, assisting with application processing, and receiving incoming transcripts. A key aspect of the role is to promote a culture of belonging, supporting an environment where all individuals feel welcomed, valued, and empowered, and upholding the College’s policies on access, fair employment, and equal opportunities.
