The ideal candidate will manage the onboarding process for new hires, maintain accurate employee personnel files, and provide essential administrative support. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and similar HR/administrative software.
  • High school diploma.
  • 4 + years’ administrative experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Business degree
  • 2 + years’ administrative experience in the healthcare field.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Accurately build, maintain, and audit employee personnel files for compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, documentation, and systems.
  • Respond to applicant and employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and the hiring process.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records.
  • Support the HR team with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
