About The Position

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HOURLY - MARKETING ASSISTANT positions. This role is responsible for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors and administrative support of food service programs. The position involves answering telephones, maintaining confidential personnel files, assisting management staff with employment and labor relations documents, and assisting with staffing needs. It requires working effectively with various stakeholders, managing within budgets, preparing marketing reports, and maintaining promotional inventory. A background or interest in hospitality/food is beneficial. The role also includes attending required meetings, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ year’s of prior experience in marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously.
  • Accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors.
  • Ability to perform job safely.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with CMS systems.
  • Background or interest in hospitality/food.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
  • Maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
  • Works within provided budgets and guidelines.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Maintains promotional inventory, fulfillment.
  • Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with field managers.
  • Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation.
  • Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities.
