The part-time Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and staff. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and welcoming, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct general inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about programs, services, and facility policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general office organization
  • Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic reporting tasks
  • Monitor and respond to general email inquiries as needed
  • Assist leadership with special projects and operational tasks
  • Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with staff across departments to support daily operations
  • Help manage traffic flow and ensure a smooth check-in experience during peak hours
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
