The Central Office Administrative Assistant for Human Resources provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department by managing recruitment processes, applicant tracking, and HRIS data. Supports new hire onboarding and compliance by processing employment documentation, screenings, system access, credentials, and records while assisting with career fairs, substitute onboarding, and ongoing HR operations. This role requires complete professionalism, a customer service mindset, and a positive attitude. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy work area. Most importantly, applicants must be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality at all times. The full time position will work 40 hours per week and DOES include benefits.
