The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for Administrative Assistant 4, Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. This role provides advanced administrative support to two Associate Vice Presidents of Development and Principal Gifts within the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. The position coordinates calendars, communications, meetings, and administrative operations to support leadership priorities and a development team of 25+ members. It serves as a key coordination point for administrative activities, exercising judgment in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple requests, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role supports administrative coordination across multiple leadership areas and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of activities, timelines, and communications. It also assists with administrative financial processes, including tracking expenses, processing transactions, and preparing reports in accordance with established policies and in coordination with Finance. The position maintains tracking systems, files, and documentation to support administrative and operational efficiency, ensuring effective execution of division activities and continuity of administrative functions. Additionally, it provides backup support to the Director of Executive Operations & Administration to maintain continuity of administrative and operational functions across the division.
