This position is open to Alaska Residents only. This position is being recruited for in Anchorage, Soldotna, Wasilla, Fairbanks, or Juneau. Pay will be determined based on location of selected individual. The role supports the Food Safety and Sanitation program within the Division of Environmental Health. Responsibilities include managing key administrative operations such as financial tracking and reporting, spending plans, payroll and personnel coordination, procurement and purchasing, and travel tracking. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who takes initiative and pride in supporting meaningful work that makes a difference across Alaska. The Division of Environmental Health works to ensure safe food, safe drinking water, and healthy communities for all Alaskans. The Food Safety and Sanitation program plays an important role in protecting public health through clear communication, teamwork, and customer service.
