Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Administrative and HR Assistant to join our team in Hendersonville, TN! The Administrative & HR Assistant is responsible for the overall operations and effectiveness of the Senior Management team. As the main point of contact, the assistant will work and communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts. The assistant handles a large volume of administrative duties including scheduling meetings, answering calls, preparing correspondence, completing their expense reports, and completing other administrative tasks. The role also provides basic HR Assistant support to the Human Resources team, including assisting with onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee records, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of administrative HR experience (e.g., onboarding, recordkeeping, or benefits administration)
  • Experience scheduling meetings and travel, planning events, and preparing associated expense reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management team, serving as a primary point of contact, coordinating priorities, managing communications, and helping ensure timely follow-through on key assignments and requests.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and day-to-day administrative needs for Senior Management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, incoming calls and correspondence, mail distribution, and preparation of presentations, reports, memoranda, and other business materials.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources, including scheduling interviews, preparing and coordinating onboarding and offboarding documentation and activities, maintaining employee and personnel records, tracking required documentation, and supporting other routine HR processes and employee-related requests.
  • Coordinate projects, assignments, and deliverables across Senior Management, Human Resources, and other departments, monitoring timelines, communicating with stakeholders, prioritizing competing needs, and following through to support timely completion.
  • Support special projects and other administrative and HR-related responsibilities as assigned, including matters of a sensitive or confidential nature, while exercising appropriate discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
