About The Position

The Administrative and Documentation Specialist provides administrative and documentation support to a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor team, collecting and arranging information used to formulate complex reports and presentations, maintaining organized filing and document control systems, and managing multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines. This role prefers an Associate's Degree in a business related field, along with three (3) years of general experience in the collection and arrangement of information used to formulate complex reports, presentations, and similar documentation, and one (1) year of experience providing support for a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor; strong organizational skills, time management, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years general experience in collection and arrangement of information used to formulate complex reports, presentations and similar documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and arrange information used to prepare complex reports, presentations, and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to program office staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Maintain organized filing and document control systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines using strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with program staff and customer representatives.
  • Assist with document tracking, distribution, and records management.
  • Support Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
