About The Position

The Administrative Account Manager will support our amazing Senior management by providing knowledge in recruiting new candidates and assist with retention efforts. This is a new role to help cover the expanding needs in our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

  • Your written and verbal communications skills leave every person you meet feeling happy and excited to be working with you.
  • You soar working independently and work well with ambiguity, sometimes serving as “detective” to resolve staffing issues.
  • Your follow-up serves as a safety net for our teams and initiatives.
  • Your technical skills in ATS, HRIS, and the MS Office Suite are outstanding.
  • You see a challenge as an opportunity, and you are ready to “charge the hill” with our team to launch new programs and projects.
  • Your education includes either a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Your experience with iCIMS would be a huge plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to develop cooperative partnerships, serving as a strategic business partner.
  • Develop a regular cadence of engagement with senior managers to execute appropriate plans for their staffing needs.
  • Manage job requisitions using creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion across company staffing needs.
  • Use in-depth reporting to analyze successes and challenges with recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide on-site support for new client openings, strategic staffing needs, job fairs, and other hiring events when the need arises.
  • Provide assistance with HR and other company projects as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate filing system
  • Prepare weekly reports on eligible candidates and current hiring needs.
  • Maintain office hours to assist employees with onboarding and HR required documentation.
  • Assist with other projects as needed
