Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 5 years of management experience required
Strong background in finance, budgeting, and operational leadership
Experience managing multiple departments and leading diverse teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to ensure compliance, accountability, and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Finance, Food Service, IT, Maintenance, Property, and Student Records departments
Manage budgets, contracts, and Center resources to maximize efficiency and compliance
Serve as the Center's Integrity Officer, ensuring adherence to DOL and Company policies
Oversee procurement, financial reporting, audits, and capital improvement projects
Supervise, mentor, and develop department managers and administrative staff
Ensure facilities, systems, and operations support a safe, productive learning environment
Collaborate with Center leadership to improve operations and achieve organizational goals
Build partnerships within the community and support student success initiatives
