About The Position

This role represents the organizational unit on administrative matters, recommending, interpreting, and/or implementing company and internal administrative policies and procedures. It performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required. This opening is specifically for the SharePoint Division Representative for Operations – This person is primarily responsible for governing, provisioning, and maintaining the division’s SharePoint environment—recruiting and training site owners, enforcing policy compliance, conducting regular audits, and serving as the single liaison for all SharePoint project and support requests. This role will also work with the Operations Deckplate Safety team, providing ad‑hoc support for safety‑metric reporting, employee‑engagement activities (including the MyIdea program), and other staff‑function needs of the Operations Division Chief of Staff’s office, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
  • Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to work in an industrial environment and transit shipboard and on units.
