About The Position

We are a $100M Privately held family run company that has been offering customize transportation and logistics solutions for over 30 years. We service some of the best known brands in the US and have a record of providing outstanding service and solutions. Pathmark Transportation is seeking a detail- oriented and organized Dispatch Administrator to support daily logistics and transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching drivers or service personnel, and ensuring timely and efficiency delivery of goods or services. Pathmark Transportation is looking for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift for Administration Dispatch.

Requirements

Strong Organization and multitasking skills
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Web Based, TMS Applications- Preferred

Nice To Haves

2+ Years dispatch, Logistics- Preferred
Excellent problem solving and team player!

Responsibilities

Scheduled and dispatch driers, technicians, or service personnel based on daily operations.
Monitor routes and track deliveries to ensure on time performance
Communicate with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and adjust schedule as need
Serve as a point of contract for customers, providing status updates and addressing inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes and delivery confirmation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiently
Identify and resolve delays or service disruptions in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company polices and transportation Regulations
Ensure that paper work is accurate and filed correctly
Maintain good communication with drivers and customers
