About The Position

Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a term full-time Administration Clerk at our administration office in Swan River, MB. The term will be for 12-15 months. Co-op operates differently by working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to communities, and investing in sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in various computer programs (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Organized.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone and assist at front counter (bill payment, memberships).
  • Assist with filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with monthly mailing of customer statements.
  • Assist with annual equity statement preparation.
  • Assist with the preparation of coin for the Food Store.
  • Purchase order (PO) administration.
  • Assist with marketing and safety tasks as assigned.
