We’re seeking a highly capable administration professional to play a central role in supporting the operations of UniSC’s Marketing and Communications team. This position is integral to the smooth running of a large and diverse function, providing consistent, high-quality administrative and coordination support across the department. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, and act as a key point of support to ensure priorities are managed effectively and day-to-day operations run seamlessly. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same. Success in this role will come from your ability to adapt your approach depending on who you are supporting and what is required, while maintaining a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and professionalism.
