The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing day to day administrative tasks; this role will be responsible for a temporary part-time project to sort, organize and scan files.

Requirements

Strong technical and computer skills required
Candidate must be organized and detail oriented
Must demonstrate strong communication skills; both oral and written
Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Web Based Data systems
Strong Work Ethic
Eagerness to learn in an upbeat atmosphere

Responsibilities

Supports general business operations through administrative duties.
Carries out administrative tasks such as sorting, filing, scanning and other related administrative duties.
Maintains documentation privacy and confidentiality, as applicable.
Communicates effectively with internal & external clients.
Maintains facility cleanliness
May complete other related duties as assigned.
