Responsibilities
- Create and maintain employees’ files
- Prepare Termination process
- Sign-up with vendors
- Place part orders
- Follow up on part orders
- Office and vans inventory management
- Process payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Pay bills on time
- Creating and sending timesheets
- Submitting timesheets to payroll portal
- Bookkeeping
- Presenting tax returns
- Presenting sales tax payments
- Keeping track and managing cash flow
- Keeping track of insurance
- Requesting certificates of insurance
- Arranging techs schedule
- Adding jobs to schedule
- Communication with customers
