About The Position

The Warehouse Admin is responsible for managing all administrative functions within warehouse operations, with a primary focus on scheduling, payroll compliance, employee records, and system management. This role ensures full compliance with CBA guidelines, company policies, and operational standards while supporting Warehouse Management through accurate documentation and structured communication.

  • Conducting cost center audits to ensure labor is properly allocated
  • Maintaining audit-ready records for payroll, attendance, and scheduling
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with union agreements and company policies
  • Tracking and paying for forklift worked hours and related compliance records
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all administrative communication with warehouse team members
  • Managing and maintaining consistent email communication regarding schedules
  • Enforcing Trackpath compliance across warehouse operations
  • Building and documenting corrective actions for management review
  • Providing proper documentation to Managers for employee disciplinary administration
  • Maintaining and updating inventory data within Yellow Dog Inventory system
  • Adjusting pricing, item locations, and inventory categories
  • Managing and updating par levels and product classifications
  • Ensuring system accuracy and standardization across all warehouse locations

Responsibilities
