About The Position

The Administrative Support Associate is primarily responsible for the Orthodontic Graduate clinic by scheduling, updating appointments, creating files for new patients and receiving payments. This position is the first point of contact for clients and patients either by phone or in person. The position will also provide back-up support to the financial-/patient coordinator as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience with scheduling and patient/client interaction
  • Ability to handle payments
  • Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
  • Ability to create patient files
  • Familiarity with financial/patient coordination tasks (for back-up support)
