The Administrative Services Coordinator position within the Center for Teaching is a multifaceted role that helps to ensure the effective day to day operation of the Center for Teaching. Serving as the first point of contact for the Center, this position provides front-line reception and administrative coordination, including scheduling, project support and assistance with program development, and general office assistance. They will also have the opportunity to assist with the planning and implementation of specific projects, services and programs to provide administrative and operational support and management, including serving as a key role in the cash handling process for all departmental checks received, assisting as needed with gathering information and data, and preparing materials and reports for special initiatives, and liaising with appropriate campus community members regarding meetings, events, Center news, and Center guests.
