Rising Sun is hiring an Admin and Operations Assistant to support core general administrative and operational functions. This role reports directly to the Director of HR & Admin and involves close collaboration with the HR & Operations Associate and the Admin & Operations Associate. The assistant will provide support to multiple staff members and work closely with various departments. A successful candidate for this position is expected to be a quick learner who enjoys the challenge of acquiring new tasks and implementing new skills. They should be comfortable asking questions for accurate clarification of assigned tasks, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities, and highly organized. Strong computer skills are essential, including experience with platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce, along with the ability to quickly learn new software and databases as needed. The ideal candidate possesses an eye for detail, is comfortable with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks, and enjoys problem-solving and troubleshooting. They should be able to work effectively with others while also being content working independently, and always willing to assist where help is needed.
