About The Position

Provides administrative support for the West Texas HOA/POA portfolio by serving as the primary contact for homeowner inquiries, processing compliance and community correspondence, maintaining records, assisting with community onboarding, and supporting collections, reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience managing single-family communities and condominium associations
  • Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
  • Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with homeowners, board members, vendors, and internal teams.
