The Admin Assistant WDC supports the Government Affairs Department by providing legendary Customer Service and administrative support to Department Teams and Leaders, up to and including the Director level. They’ll manage overall department administrative functions and support lower‑complexity projects while working closely with the federal legislative and federal regulatory Teams based in Washington, DC. They’ll assist with activities that support the Company’s advocacy efforts, including legislative and regulatory research, drafting policy papers, covering congressional hearings and industry events, filing lobbying reports, and coordinating event‑related logistics and payments. The Admin Assistant WDC brings strong organizational, communication, and customer‑focused skills to support effective engagement with governmental bodies and ensure smooth day‑to‑day department operations. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
