About The Position

Lotlinx is seeking an Admin & AI Architect to join their RevOps team. This role involves building and managing an AI-first RevOps engine, utilizing autonomous AI agents to handle complex Salesforce administration, data analysis, and custom development. The goal is to create a digital workforce that automates tasks and acts as a force multiplier for the organization, pioneering a self-governing system within a clean CRM environment. The position offers a dynamic, challenging, and team-oriented work environment with passionate individuals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep Salesforce fluency (2+ years in admin/developer roles) with experience in Apex, metadata APIs, and understanding of enterprise org impacts.
  • Hands-on experience building autonomous multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and routing logic using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
  • Ability to break down complex RevOps problems into discrete, automatable tasks for digital workers.
  • Comfort writing and reviewing code in Python (for AI orchestration) and Apex/JavaScript (for Salesforce).
  • Experience with production environments, including learning from failures and building necessary guardrails for autonomous agents.

Nice To Haves

  • Admin/architect certs preferred.
  • Candidates actively excited about utilizing Claude / Claude Code for complex multi-agent logic and code generation.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and administer Lotlinx's autonomous RevOps engine, focusing on designing, deploying, and governing AI agents alongside Salesforce platform administration.
  • Define the AI integration strategy across the RevOps stack, identifying opportunities for multi-step agent workflows to automate manual processes.
  • Serve as the authority on AI and Salesforce architecture, optimizing the organization design for LLMs and agentic interaction.
  • Establish guardrails and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI-generated configurations, code, and documentation meet production standards.
  • Lead the evaluation of third-party agent frameworks versus native AI tooling, with a preference for external agents to drive autonomous operations.
