About The Position

This position involves teaching a 3-credit hour class, Soc W 611: Supervised Clinical Practicum, during the Winter Semester. Classes will be held on Fridays from 8:00 am to 10:50 am. The role includes holding regular office hours but does not require attendance at faculty meetings. The successful candidate must relocate to and reside in Utah for the duration of their employment. Requirements

  • MSW degree required.
  • LCSW licensure required.
  • Prior supervision experience required.
  • Minimum two years practice experience.
  • Must relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of employment.
  • All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
  • All employees are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress & Grooming Standards.
  • Successful candidates are expected to support and contribute to the academic and religious missions of the university within the context of the principles and doctrines of the affiliated church.
