About The Position

Adjunct Radiologic Technology Lab Faculty Supervisor: Program Director/Academic Dean. Labs are held at West Virginia Junior College-Bridgeport and Davis Medical Center. Labs are held on specific Saturdays (not all Saturdays) from 7:30am-4:30pm. The purpose of this role is to assist the Radiologic Technology Program Director and other faculty members in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum. This includes developing strategies to teach the curriculum and assisting in its implementation through teaching, supervising, and providing academic advisement to students.

Requirements

• Graduates of an accredited radiography program
• Hold a baccalaureate degree
• Have a current ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography
• Proficient in course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising

Responsibilities

• Assist the Radiologic Technology Program Director and other faculty members in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum.
• Develop strategies to teach the curriculum.
• Assist in the implementation of the course through teaching, supervising, and provision of academic advisement of students.
• Meet all organization goals.
• Fulfill all primary responsibilities listed above to achieve the immediate goals of the campus.
