About The Position

The Adjunct Program Support position assists the NH Disability and Health Program and Granite YMCA by participating in the Inclusive Health Committee (IHC). The role is supported by external sponsor funding, and continued employment depends on the availability of that funding. If funding is reduced or discontinued, employment may be modified or terminated in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in up to 10 meetings of the Inclusive Health Committee.
• Engage in inclusion solution community feedback opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the inclusion plan and evaluation.
• Support other efforts identified by the coalition.
