The California School of Management and Leadership (CSML) is seeking subject matter experts to join its cadre of adjunct faculty. This pool will be used to identify qualified candidates for potential appointments during the 2026–2027 academic year. CSML has a long history of over 35 years with an alumni base spread globally, and its graduates are employed in diverse industries and organizations worldwide. The school is known for its multicultural and multinational education, catering to a student population with diverse backgrounds. CSML focuses on professional practice, applied theory, and contemporary techniques, aiming to educate individuals who will make significant contributions to the communities they serve. The Management School is experiencing growth, with plans to expand ground programs, online modalities, and geographically to other Alliant California campuses. The programs have a strong global dimension, with many professors and students having international backgrounds and experience working abroad. This multiculturalism is integrated into the classes, and students benefit from an accomplished cohort, including working professionals, international students, and former US military personnel, creating a network that enhances the learning environment. Many doctoral students publish their work, further enhancing their professional stature. The school offers programs at the Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral levels, including DBA and PhD in Leadership Studies, MBA (with Hospitality Management concentration), MS in Data Analytics, MS in Healthcare Analytics, MS in Information Systems and Technology, and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and Information Systems and Technology.
