We are currently seeking applicants for our adjunct faculty pool. Adjunct faculty teach undergraduate and graduate courses on our campus in Mesa, AZ, and online in all areas: Business, Public Health, Nursing, Nutrition & Dietetics, Math, Computer Sciences, Biology, Sports & Exercise Science, Physics, Astronomy, Engineering, Chemistry & Biochemistry, Communications, Graphic Arts and Design, Fine Arts, Music, Education, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, History, Philosophy, Theology, English Language and Literature, and Spanish. We also employ adjunct faculty in our graduate linguistics program in Vietnam and our MBA and MPH programs in China. We will file applicant materials in the pool and go to the pool when the need for adjunct faculty arises. Candidates who are offered an adjunct faculty position at Benedictine University must present their Official Transcripts and Curriculum Vitae (CV) in order to be hired for the position. These items must be presented to Human Resources before the position starts. As a University employee you are required to complete all University-specific training to fulfill your job duties.

Requirements

• Submit Cover Letter addressing qualifications and interest in joining the pool.
• Submit Curriculum Vitae including three references.
• Present Official Transcripts and Curriculum Vitae (CV) before the position starts (if offered a position).
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Complete required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses on campus in Mesa, AZ, and online.
• Complete all University-specific training to fulfill job duties.
