About The Position
Penn State Lehigh Valley is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to teach Nutrition 100, Nutrition Applications for a Healthy Lifestyle and Nutrition 251, Introductory Principles of Nutrition, in person during the Spring Semester, which begins January 11, 2027.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in related field or Bachelor's degree with years of work experience in the related field.
- Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
