About The Position
The Girard School of Business at Merrimack College has openings for Undergraduate courses for Managerial Finance and Introduction to Fintech for the Fall 2026 semester. The courses are Managerial Finance (FIN2500) which is in-person, on-campus, and Fintech and Cryptocurrency (FIN3344) which is online asynchronous. Courses start on August 31st and will run through December 18th, 2026. Applicants for the Managerial Finance course must be able to deliver the course in an in-person, on-campus modality. The Fintech and Cryptocurrency course is fully online and asynchronous, and applicants should be comfortable creating and recording video content for use within the course.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business or related area.
- Ability to deliver Managerial Finance course in-person, on-campus.
- Comfortable creating and recording video content for online asynchronous courses.
Nice To Haves
- Ph.D. preferred.
- College teaching experience is preferred.
- Related work experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Managerial Finance (FIN2500) course in-person, on-campus.
- Deliver Fintech and Cryptocurrency (FIN3344) course online asynchronous.
- Create and record video content for the online asynchronous Fintech and Cryptocurrency course.
Benefits
- Compensation: Minimum $5,000 per 4-credit course
- Compensation: Minimum $3,750 per lab section
