About The Position
Remington College, a non-profit/non-traditional institution with high ethical standards, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic construction and building maintenance professional to join their academic team on a part-time basis. This role involves educating students eager to train in construction and building maintenance, fostering a culture where you can make a difference.
Requirements
- An associate degree or higher in construction and building maintenance, HVAC, business, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of related experience in courses taught.
- Experience with green applications, building security and safety systems, logic controllers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and evaluate students in your area of specialty.
- Keep up to date with and effectively use technology and media in the classroom.
- Track student attendance and post assignment feedback in a timely manner.
- Attend faculty/staff and in-service meetings.
- Implement and adhere to all school policies.
- Participate in graduation ceremonies.
- Perform other duties/participate in special projects as assigned.
