Responsibilities
- Developing lectures, demonstrations, assignments, and enrichment activities to successfully deliver course content in either in-person or fully-online learning modality.
- Teaching coursework in various specialties.
- Supporting the institution’s Christian mission.
- Providing a Christian role model for students.
- Maintaining a strong interest in the pursuit of knowledge and sharing it with students and scholars.
- Promoting the discipline on and off campus and attracting students to the field.
- Identifying with professional organizations and professionals of the discipline at all educational levels.
- Assisting in developing syllabi for courses in the discipline.
- Assisting students by continually monitoring and evaluating students’ progress and making appropriate referrals to academic and personal support services, as necessary, to meet student needs.
- Demonstrating excellence in teaching.
