About The Position

The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is seeking a passionate and dedicated Adjunct Technical Writing Instructor to join our culinary education program. Instructors facilitate meaningful learning of course competencies, proactively support all facets of the learning environment, and deliver learning-centered instruction designed to help students fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. Requirements

Master of Arts (MA) in English required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical and report-writing capabilities.
Ability to manage classroom conflict.
Ability to actively support student outcomes.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management, and collaborative teamwork skills.
High coachability and a strong openness to feedback.
A deep commitment to ethics, professionalism, and a respectful learning environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and online learning management platforms.
