Adjunct Instructor (Social Work)

About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality instruction in social work courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. The adjunct faculty member will teach up to nine hours per semester (part-time) ensuring that course content aligns with the program’s learning outcomes and Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accreditation standards. Adjunct faculty are also responsible for engaging students in meaningful dialogue, fostering critical thinking, and evaluating student performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in social work.
  • Knowledge of Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accreditation standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
  • Experience with online teaching modalities.
