The Adjunct Instructor will provide instruction in assigned subject areas within the Prison Education Program. Teaching assignments may include Fundamentals of Investing, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Personal Finance, and other business courses as needed. The instructor will implement teaching strategies, monitor and evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate student records. This role involves collaboration with the Dean, Associate Dean, Program Chair, and other instructors. Additionally, the instructor will support and promote an environment of belonging where all students, faculty, and college employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered. This includes fostering a community where diverse perspectives enrich the educational experience and creating a safe and respectful environment, in alignment with the College’s policies on access, fair employment, and equal opportunities.
