About The Position
Reinhardt University invites applications for the position of Adjunct Instructor of Geology in the College of Humanities, Sciences, and Technology to teach students in a geology lecture and laboratory during the fall 2026 semester. The course is part of the curriculum for our new Environmental Sciences program and topics include geomorphology, hydrology, Earth resources, and natural hazards.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master’s degree from a regionally accredited university
- 18 graduate hours of geology
- Documented teaching experience
- Dedication to innovative teaching
Responsibilities
- Lecturing 3 hours per week
- Conducting a 3-hour laboratory per week
- Grading
- Remaining available for students throughout the semester
