About The Position

Phillips Academy seeks an Instructor in English for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a one-year / non-continuing position. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching our core diploma requirement courses. We seek dynamic candidates who will be active participants not only in the academic program but also in the athletics/fitness and residential programs at this boarding school. Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a school community guided by the principle of 'not for self'.
• Commitment to teaching 'youth from every quarter' to aspire equally to knowledge and goodness.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
