About The Position

The Higher Education program at the University of North Texas seeks qualified individuals to join its Adjunct Instructor pool. This posting is for potential teaching assignments during the Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 semesters. Specific course offerings will vary based on departmental needs and may cover aspects of higher education such as history, administration, budgeting, and student issues. Teaching assignments may be located at the UNT Denton or UNT Frisco campuses, with the location determined in consultation with the department.

Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree in Higher Education or related field.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.

Nice To Haves

  • Doctoral degree in Higher Education with expertise in history, administration, budget and student issues.
  • Experience with HSI/MSIs.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, Vietnamese, American Sign Language, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and other variations), Arabic, Tagalog, Farsi, French, or Yoruba.
