Requirements
- Master’s degree with 18 semester hours in Economics; graduate hours in education or teaching are not sufficient.
- Experience teaching face-to-face and online course; Blackboard platform preferred.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Faculty must be credentialed to satisfy all appropriate accrediting bodies for the course assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
Responsibilities
- Ability to teach in-person courses at all Athens Technical College locations.
- Ability to teach Athens Technical College courses in-person at area high school campuses.
- Willingness to teach using all college approved methods (Ex. Face-to-face, online audio/video, etc.).
