About The Position

This Fall semester course, "American Visions," is a first-year course exploring a foundational text in American Literature. The course will be offered in person on the East Falls campus, with two sections available. Classes begin on August 24th and final grades are due by December 21st. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced teacher who applies active student-learning methods in the classroom.

Requirements

  • Qualified to teach "American Visions."
  • Dynamic and experienced teacher.
  • Submit a letter of application detailing experiences and areas of academic specialization.
  • Submit a curriculum vitae.

Nice To Haves

  • Ph.D. or ABD in English, American Studies, American History or related field.
