About The Position

Adjunct Professor responsible for all course content and course curriculum for the Grand Rounds course in the M.S. Medical Sciences program.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the BSC 710 Grand Rounds Course syllabus describing the course content, course schedule, expectations regarding attendance and communication, and manner in which grades are determined.
  • Ensuring lectures at the times indicated in the course schedule for all modules.
  • Checking course website regularly.
  • Posting announcements on the discussion board to remind/guide students.
  • Providing formative assessments.
  • Proofing, ensuring posting, evaluation/analyzing each exam to provide feedback to the students.
  • Responding in a timely manner to students for help through discussion boards, email communication, virtual method and, at times, arranging meetings with students to provide one-on-one help.
  • Sharing student progress with the program administration.
  • Submitting final grades.
