Kent State University’s Trumbull Campus is seeking a part-time Veterinarian or Biology Adjunct Instructor for the Veterinary Technology Program. The course, BSCI 10005 Small Animal Anatomy and Physiology for Veterinary Technicians, covers the identification of anatomy and basic physiological functions of domestic small animals, including skeletal, muscles, integumentary, special sense organs, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, nerves, circulatory, and immune systems. The course will consist of both lectures and laboratories, involving instructive learning, demonstrations, discussions, laboratory assignments, and dissection of preserved animal cadavers.
